How long until I receive my order?

Our current turnaround time is 10 days from when your order is placed until your order is dispatched. In really busy periods the order can be dispatched on the 10th day so please allow a further 24 hours after this to allow your order to arrive.

Is My Logo Okay For Embroidery?

Most logos are fine for embroidery. We cant embroider highly detailed logos or cloud/water colour logos. If you are unsure please feel free to give us a message and we can let you know if your logo is suitable or not.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to all items being personalised we cannot offer any return or exchanges. However if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us!

What Is Our Set Up Fee?

We charge a one off £15. This allows us to take your logo and digitize it and set it up onto our embroidery machines.

You will be asked when ordering if you have ordered with us before, if you have click yes and you wont need to pay this charge.

If you haven't click no. It will ask you for each product but don't worry if you haven't ordered with us before click no each time, it will only add the £15 to the checkout once.
